Teaching While Sick

Teaching While Sick

Teaching While Sick?

Should I teach when I’m sick? Short answer, no! Kasey and Madison are here today to talk about teaching while sick. In this episode we mention movies for the classroom, sub plans, and give you a lesson idea.

We’ve all had days where it felt easier to go to work & teach when sick instead of making sub plans and trying to find a substitute teacher. But, for your health, and the health of your students, take the sick day. Make sub plans in advance so that you don’t have to worry about it when you don’t feel good! Give the sub a heads up about student behaviors and needs- this will prevent misbehaviors & frustrations. Listen to the episode for more tips about teaching while sick!
